Cargocal.com does not divulge contact information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Our projects are developed and sold in good faith with due diligence to regulations and customer needs.  All  users of products (whether offered free or at a fee), agree to indemnify Cargocal.com and its owners and affiliates from costs due to damages or losses even if the detrimental situation could arise and is brought to the notice of the site owners.  However, every effort will be made to address concerns / legitimate issues.

All payments are made via secure gateways such as PayPal and cargocal.com does not collect and therefore does not store any bank details of customers.

Cargocal.com and affiliated sites at the discretion of the site owners may place advertisements from third party vendors such as Google's Adsense or Microsoft's Adwords.  These entities in turn may place tracking cookies on the visitor's PC.
