We have put up two MS Excel projects suitable for individuals as well as organizations.

Computations for high or low sulphur fuel oil, Marine Gas or Diesel Oil and heating oil (bunkers), are dynamically executed and available for density at tank temperature and tables  54B. The user may enter data in any column and the program will solve or reverse solve to other columns for each tank. The user may enter the tank mnemonics and max (100%) volumes in cubic metres tank setup page.

Data can be saved to approx 2kb files and retrieved at any time.

BUNKER REPORT FEATURES

8. The user can change the logo in the bunker report – unprotect sheet first.

10. An interpolation sheet is provided for easy calculations for trim, list and observed volume.

The project 'SN's Bunker Report Large.xls' has the facility for entering data for up to 20 HFO tanks and 16 MGO/MDO tanks. Reports are sent to two separate pages because all the tanks will not fit on one page.  With the smaller project, tanks input is limited to 8 HFO tanks and 6 MGO/MDO tanks and the report is sent to just one page.  The smaller project is suitable for most users specially by Chief Engineers.  The larger project is of use to surveyors.

Note:  The Excel projects are not dependent on the operating system (XP / Vista / Windows 7, Etc.)

Also, not dependent on MS Office version (2003 / 2007 / 2010).

• If you are using the project on a hard disk that is connected to a network (more than one PC), then you need the network version.
• If you are using the project from a pen drive (External - removable drive), you need to purchase for the removable version.
• If you are using the project from a fixed drive (your notebook or desktop hard disks that are not networked / shared to other PCs)  you should make a payment for the fixed version.

When the project opens it automatically recognizes the type of hard disk / removable disk it is installed to and whether it is a network drive or not. Then it looks for the corresponding license file. If found, the project runs OK. If not, there will be some ‘Trial’ limitations.
