This add-in is popular along the entire strata of MS Excel users. It allows the user to set the offset column and row and preset the interior color, font and border for them. These cells which are offset from the current cell position will toggle from their original parameters to the ones as set.
A practical use for this add-in is when the user is entering data to a table and needs to get a visual "feedback" re the selected cell position (activecell). The user can select the interior color, the font and font attributes such as italics or bold, the border color and border attributes such as thick or medium or dashed lines. When activated, the cells for that column and row and offset as preselected will toggle in parameters from their original features to the new ones. When the cell position changes, the parameters for the previously selected cell will return to their normal (original) features.
In the evaluation mode, the program is limited to only five colors from the 56 available in the user's system pallette.
